HELP WITH YOUR ORDER - Understand your order status


Awaiting Payment - The order was received - we did not check your payment yet, it usually take us 12-24 hours to do so.
If you didn't pay for your order during checkout, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Completed - We have confirmed your payment for the order, we are now processing and preparing it for shipping.
Completed - Waiting Client Response - We have confirmed your payment but there is a problem with your order, we have sent you an email and are waiting to your response.
Common problems can be: out of stock inventory, wrong or unconfirmed shipping address or other issues.
Please reply to our email ASAP, we will hold your order in this status until we hear from you.

Completed - Shipped - We have shipped your order. It usually takes 2-3 days for delivery from USA warehouse and 5-15 days from external supplier warehouse (rare cases) .
If you purchased a tracking code we will update it ASAP for you.
Refunded - The order was refunded - it usually happens when item is our of stock or when we can not meet our shipping time promise.
Return In Progress - A Return process have been requested by the buyer. We are preparing the return instructions - this can take 2-5 business days. You have sent the package back to our warehouse - we are waiting to receive it.

When will i receive my tracking code?

We Normally update tracking code soon after order is shipped - 12-36 hours after placing order.

How to return your item for a refund?

Did your item arrived damaged or broken? You can return it to us!
If your item is in it's original box and was not used you may return it for a refund.
Depend on the condition of the item received we will determined if a full or partial refund can be applied.
You must wait for the order status to read "Shipped" in order to start a return.

About Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Eligibility for refund or return period is only for 7 days after delivery. No refund or return will be allowed after this period.
Please check your order immediately once received.
Pleas note : return items must ship back to our warehouse within 14 days after order delivery.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a 2DayDeliver error are partially refunded up to 50-75% of the order's price.
Open software for reasons not due to a 2DayDeliver will not be refunded.
Please note : return for "change of mind" reason will incur a re stocking fee of 5-15% depend on item price.
Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by 2DayDeliver for customers in CA, CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI.
