4. Exchange
If you are not satisfied with any of our products due to a fault, you can send them back to us for an exchange to another product, in this case, we don't pay the shipping fees, you send the item back and you need to pay the difference between product costs etc.

5. Return and partial refund
Because the shipping & handling cost is very high and product images on 2DayDeliver.com are very hight quality . We do not give refund for returns without quality problems - reasones like "not like the picture" - "not as imagining" or just "not satisfied" - will not be accepted.
Before placing an order, please take a good looks at the product images and descriptions.
If you still want to return the product for such reasons - we will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, and charge you 15% restocking fee - that means a partial refund.

6. Refund due to an error in stock or price information
2DayDeliver.com reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. in this case customer will be fully refunded of the payment they have made and no item will be shipped.
