If you're about serious about creating a healthier lifestyle
If you're looking to lose weight, here is a great starting point. Each week I improved on healthier eating habits and exercising. The first couple of weeks were rough because I wasn't use to tracking everything and then following up. Like everything else when trying to get in shape you have to put in the work and this applies to fulfilling your weekly goals as written and being realistic. But after the fourth week when I became consistent with writing down meal plans and workouts and actually following these goals, did I see results! This is a great start for those who are serious about creating a healthier lifestyle! I look forward to purchasing the next 12 weeks.

Has everything u need
I am a Certified Personal trainer and have to say I am impressed. The best way to get started on a healthier lifestyle or to meet a goal that u have set for yourself is to plan it out ahead of time. Have a solid plan and set your schedule. The planner is very detailed with tracking food intake, resistance training, cardio, etc. I heard of the planner from another trainer who had suggested it for a client. So I decided to grab one and check it out. I have to say, for anyone who has decided rat today is the day to get started and needed to set a schedule. This is great!

Love this book
Love this book! I've been tracking and planning for a couple of weeks, and it's been really helpful having meal and workout plans in one place to coordinate. I also love the weekly and monthly recaps, and the ratings for each food day and workout. REALLY helpful for learning and making modifications to lifestyle. Only recommendation would be adding in daily tracking of either calories or protein/carb/fat grams as well.

Totally Worth It
I didn't thinking writing everything down would work, but it really does! My trainer loves it too because she can just look through and see a pattern if there is one; or she can see that Tuesday I ate really little but due to stress my workout was on point. Even though I can't lift my arms. So we work together but this fitbook is really good for common ground. I love how it shows goals and you get a win for doing well. mine is chicken wings or amazon.

Good if you already know what you are doing.
If you already have an exercise regimen, this book is for you. If you are hoping to get started, this book may leave you feeling less equipped than before you purchased it. There is no scaffolding in place to build your confidence in excercise/nutrition. In my opinion, if you are a beginner, spend your money on a simple planner or diary. It will do you just as well.

Preferred method of tracking
Easy to use, carry with you. Very helpful to have food and exercise all in one location and reflect back on.
Nice size book, so I take mine to the gym to update as I go. Small enough to fit in my bag, yet big enough to enter my info.
Funny, how I used to be focused on using an app but didn't like one more thing tieing me down to my phone. I didn't like writing things down. Now, I prefer using the Fitboo as it works better and I can include emotional or stressful situations to reflect on later.

I just wish I had to memory to take the time to use this properly. It has a great section to document weight lifting which would be handy to see your progress. I wish the food log area was better. Honestly with all the apps out there now it's a bit tedious to carry around a book and log it but there's also something about writing this out that makes you think harder about your choices.

Awesome journal to keep track of pretty much everything. I use it everyday and it helps me better plan and keep track of things. Front cover of the book did come damaged though.

Love this book
Love this book! I had been looking for so long for a fitness journal that allowed me to track everything on a daily basis and this was it! I loved that I could plan out my weeks ahead of time and know exactly what workouts I was planning on doing. We all know it's easier to walk into the gym with a set plan, instead of wandering around :)
I used this book for the full 12 weeks while I was training for a half marathon and sprint triathlon and it was sooo helpful! I much prefer writing things down since I've never been able to get used to using apps.

Love it and the pen works well which surprised me Haha
I am loving this so far. I just started using it today and so far it is so handy and I hope I can stick with it. I have a hard time remembering to log things in my phone/fitbit app so this is easier to remember to do because I leave it open next to my desk and it is small enough to take anywhere without it being so obvious what it is.
